The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector): I am happy to take that on notice and bring back a reply for the honourable member.
The Hon. T.A. FRANKS: Supplementary: does the Attorney agree that there is a role to bring back the Police Ombudsman?
The Hon. K.J. MAHER: As I have said, there has been a thorough review into the Police Complaints and Discipline Act and how it works, and the government is considering its position.
