Greens Welcome Better Supports for Grieving Families

The Greens have today welcomed the Government’s announcement that they will amend Work Health and Safety legislation to implement the recommendations of the Mansfield review into SafeWorkSA’s handling of the death of Gayle Woodford.  

These changes would improve the confidentiality provisions in the Work Health and Safety Act so that SafeWork SA can keep families informed of the progress of investigations and axe the one-year investigation window.
