The South Australian Greens have been actively campaigning for funding for a new central city skate space.

The State Government closed the site in February to make way for the new Royal Adelaide Hospital.

While the Government last year indicated there would be a new permanent home for skaters in the CBD, more than a year on the Government has only committed funds to a temporary park on Wakefield Street.

Our city skating community deserve a facility that will stand the test of time, not a temporary facility that will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
